After a discussion about Ai, art therapy and art therapists, we decided to focus on ‘art therapists’. A few questions centred on the ‘art therapist’ were asked

  1. Will art therapists be replaced by AI?
  2. How can art therapists use AI in the art therapy process?

We will refine the direction of the question through the following measures

  1. Contacting art therapists/counsellors for interviews to gather in-depth and detailed information about the current stage of development of the art therapy industry, the degree of integration with AI, and the future trends of AI and art therapy.
    a. Anya’s interview – 23/02/2024
    b.Gorgia’s visit – 26/02/2024
    c.Mingen’s visit – 28/02/2024
    d.Qingrong’s visit – 29/02/2024
  2. create a questionnaire, given the limitations of online questionnaires, we set the questionnaire up to be as straightforward as possible, utilising close questions and rating and multiple choice questions, mainly to collect general data on art consultants’ views on Ai

3.Visit an art therapy studio in London to get up close and personal with the environment and process of art therapy.
-Mingen to make an appointment at the London Art Therapy Centre.
-Ujeong Contact The British Association of art therapists

4.Read related literature, books, documentaries and films.
